Back to bassics (yes I know that was terrible)

It has been quite a while since my last thread, and C19 didn't help with that. Anyways I have finally started on the scary part, cutting the wood that my bass will be made of. The sole image attached is the rough-cut. It was a tough process to get the pieces to fit nice and snugly together, but fortunately with the help of my sister's husband we made a joiner out of our table saw. For those who are curious, the body will be made of ash.
