I've tried to find a Badass 1 bridge with no luck so far. Anyone know where I could buy one?

Well, that’s what I need one for. Very early Spector inspired build. If nothing shows up I have to go with option #2, which is Schaller 3d.I had some kind of Spector bass that had one. It was cool looking.
Wrong spacing, not high enough, way too big footprint. IMO closer to BA2.Hipshot's "Kickass"... is their answer to the Badass 1
It comes pretty close.View attachment 4123410
They are flat underneath. The Badass 1 is for narrower spacing more like a Gibson with humbuckers. It does sit pretty tall and should be on a bass with either a neck very proud of the body or with the neck tilted back slightly (1-2 degrees). Early 80s Lado basses used them with humbucker pickups. The badass 1 is pretty different from the 2. I think the 1 is meant for curved bass bodies whereas the 2 is flat underneath.
The first version Schaller 3D is a good alternative as you can set string spacing. Gibson used Schallers on several 80s version basses they produced (Victory basses).Well, that’s what I need one for. I've used a few Schaller 3d's. I like them a lot. I can make an aluminium bridge block for more height as well as for solid mounting. The first version Schaller 3D is a good alternative as you can set string spacing. No idea about the fit. I'm looking for Badass 1 for my next build.Does a Badass 1 fit in Spector/Kramer NS-2 bridge route? Is that why you are looking for one?
