Bag End 118 replacement speaker

hey all,
I'm considering buying a new Bag End cab, and I've got a few questions.
1. (I'm sure there are already threads on this, but I've already going to start a thread, so I'll ask) Is the 18 incher better than the 15, or just heavier?
2. (This is the one to answer, if you are choosing only one) The one that I'm looking at on craigslist is a S18B-D with a replaced speaker, a P-Audio C18-650el. I have a Bag End 210 that I love, but I have never replaced speakers.
Can anyone give me any wisdom?

1. p.audio makes some great stuff but ... it has to be the right speaker for hte cab. That might or might not be true in this case. I wouldn't do it unless the price were stupid low and I got to hear the cab in action, at volume ...

2. If the price is stupid low, you can always buy the correct driver from BE. I've done that a couple of times for 10s and 15's - they aren't cheap - but if the price on the cab is right maybe that doesn't matter as much ...

3. IIRC BE 2x10's are 4 ohm and the 18 would be 8 ohm. If you're biamping - no big deal. If you're tunning SPeakons, the 18 with get the +1/-1 pins and the 2x10 will get the +2/-1 pins.

That's crafty about matching the ohms... thanks. It's a pretty good price (250), but it's a couple hours' drive. I have the speaker's model number and everything. How would i know if it was the right speaker for the cab?
