Martin Atkins has BTDT and pulls no punches in what to do and what to avoid. Band:Smart is 600 8-1/2 x 11 pages; Tour:Smart clocks in at >400. There is a lot of material. Highly recommended. They are very entertaining so don't be dismayed by the size; there's a lot of information but it's a fun read. A dry tome on business management it is not...
