Got this in a trade.. Was missing a 9volt wire took it to my tech and now works perfectly! Missing a side screw but that's an easy Home Depot visit.
Accept no substitutes! Real-deal 1981 (according to pot codes) Barcus-Berry Standard PreAmp model 1330. It is in perfect working shape. four of the knobs are missing the mirrored inserts and there are some scuffs on the casing. This is a great example of 1970s/1980s analog technology- sweet & simple. Compare at over $200 from other sellers (and half of those have had the knobs replaced!). Clean. Great preamp for acoustic guitar and can be used for electric, too. Jimmy Page used one. Need I say more?
