Bartolini NTBT-918 preamp schematic problem

I just a received a new Bartolini NTBT 918 preamp/wiring harness today to install in a 2 pickup bass guitar I'm rebuilding. The preamp harness comes with vol,vol,treble,bass and one of the volume pots can also put it in passive mode. The problem I'm having is the schematic that came with the preamp is for the vol,blend,treble,bass configuration. On the Bartolini website I could not find the schematic for the vol,vol,treble,bass configuration. Anyone know the correct way to wire this up?
