I thought it would be interesting if we posted pics of our fav album covers showing basses over the years
lets see what we can come up with...
Before I even opened this thread...the 1st 3 albums by The Brothers Johnson popped into my head.
Look Out For #1- Fender P-bass
Right On Time- Alembic
Blam!- Music Man Sting Ray
...and eveyone else has chipped in with some cool ones, too.
I guess the Big Ol' clover leaf tuners OR the tall gangly guy weren't big enough clues ... well, we don't call them "Guitards" for nothing.

"The Challengers At The Teenage Fair" and "Strangers In The Night". I think I was five when for the first time I heard these LPs from the wonderful collection that one of my uncles owned and, although I didn't know anything about playing an instrument and everything were "guitars" for me, for an unknown reason (to me) that longer guitar always looked cooler than the other ones. Fortunately I (sort of) stole these and other records from that collection: Many years later, my uncle sold it when he had a difficult financial situation.
