Bass brand

Can any of you identify this brand? It was erased but we do no have a clue which name it forms from the leftovers.

After some filter work combined with headscratching, my best guess would be this logo:

Now, Mitello appears to be a manufacturer of tuned percussion, glockenspiels and such, perhaps based in Australia.
It may be that they sold branded bass guitars at one time, or someone just put a Mitello decal on a no-name bass.
