Bass cab dual use filtering question

So if I understand correctly, you mean the restance of the coil of the filter? that is very low, so probably not measurable.
Yes, and it is measurable. It's normally taken in to account when designing an enclosure for a speaker as it effects the Qte (thus Qts) parameter of said speaker.

With that in mind, I'd run the crossovered speakers as a set and the crossoverless as a set, then you can possibly compensate for any differences with the gain/volume controls.

If a switch is used it would have to bypass the crossover completely. This is because just bypassing the + would still have the capacitor in parallel with the driver.

This was in reaction to your post. You were talking about alignment around the crossover frequencies, but the passive filter crossover frequency is nowhere near the active crossover point.
So I did not understand your post :)
I was talking about the difference between BW and LR alignments. Nothing to do with the passive crossover.
