Bass guitar tuning peg loose

My Peavey milestone has these weird pegs and the starish shape of the peg came loose from the actoual peg like it was glued on and now when i play it vibrates and makes a noise, Any solutions?

I had a peavey foundation that the clover shaped flat portion that you grab on the tuner was loose on the shaft. It did the same thing... the rattling that only I could hear drove me nuts. Can't remember if it was a spot of jb weld, super glue, or I actually was stupid and threw on some flux and put a spot of solder on it... but it worked.

However... I do concur with dlew919... it's a good excuse to get a new bass.

thank you exactly what i needed, i did it and it worked but i cannot get a new bass because i'm a teen and not enough money on me thank you though
