Double Bass Bass Injury Question

I am the proud owner of a Christopher 200T. That's their higher grade laminate.

I foud any injury on the shoulder that appears to be a small dent and the first layer of laminate seems lose. It is not through the side of the bass.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Can I repair this at home? How?

Do I need to take it to a repair shop?

I hate to say it, but this being a laminate bass I would consider using cyanacrolate or Krazy Glue.
