I'd put the compressor first, to give the chain and the Pitch shiftier a stable signal. But if I were to put the Compressor at the end of the signal to treat before before the amp, it would still be before the delay. It's a digital delay, so giving the it a good level can keep it clean. I wouldn't put the compressor after a delay, because it would just serve to bring up the repeats, which the delay can set for you.

Eq can go before or after a drive. Before a drive it allow you to direct which frequencies are driven, changes the tonal qualities of the drive. After the drive allows you to tidy up the effect. So it kinda of depends on the attributes of the drive.
Drive before chorus give the chorus more to move, drive after chorus give a gritty chorus.
