Ok, here's the deal. I have a Ric 4001, and I have been having the same problem with my pickups for about a year now (since I bought it). When the neck or bridge pickup is used separately, the bass sounds great, but when i put the pickup selector in the middle position to use them both, it gets really quiet and twangy sounding. I've had it worked on 4 times now and it still does the same thing. Any suggestions?
