Bass Player Mag Back Issue

I recently bought a bass and come to find out it was featured in an issue of bass player magazine. I am trying to locate the issue to buy because it would be a neat collector piece. It is a bass shootout type issue from 1998-99. The bass is a 5 string Ken Smith. Anybody recall the issue?

Do you have that issue? From what I have found on the internet, the Ken Smith was not in that article, but I don't have the whole article. Thanks though for your help.

The January '97 issue has a Smith 5 in it, it's called an B.M.T. Elite "G".

I wouldn't count on retiring on the proceeds from the sale. I have issues of BP mag going back to the early 90's that I have advertised a couple of times (not on this forum) and there has been very little interest. BTW, you can't sell anything on the forum unless you are a Supporting Member.

I found my jan/97 issue too. I also found a Smith color flyer: two-sided with BSR bodystyle Elites on one side and MW models on the other. Cover some postage and it yours.
