Bass Problem

I just bought an LTD B-104, and I accidentally dropped it and i can't hear it out of my amp, but it is just fine with distortion. I have a warranty on it, but I just want to know what is wrong with it

maybe the input is loose, and what do you mean about the distortion, you can only hear it through a distortion pedal?

Correct, It is really quiet while it is clean, but it is at a normal volume when i am using my distortions

isn't that just cos the distortion boosts the volume though? or is it more than that?

Maybe the battery in the bass came loose.
