I intend bringing my Pollmann over to Ralph and Mike Krahmer later this year.
I've had this 4 string, 4/4 Cremona roundback for about 15 years with no serious issues.
I intend getting the varnish touched up and the set-up checked..
A local luthier once told me the sound post was very tight, and took 2mm's of it!
This seemed extreme and the bass seems more growly at the low end ever since.
Granted no one will know the bass better than Mike and Ralph, but are there any other adjustments or issues I should consider?
