So I've recently been in the market for a new six string. I've been on an ltd b206sm and it hasn't been bad to me, though not exactly what i want in a bass. I've been primarily eyeing the ibanez 1406e, 1406te and srff806. Looking for something that will have the clarity i want all around between triad chords, tapping and frantic busy lines. Ideally looking for a quick thin neck and good tone.
Also looking to see if there's a signifigant difference between the 1406e and the thru-neck version.
