What bass technique video would you recommend as a good DVD to get something out of? I have seen Norm Stockton videos and they are very good, I remember once a Marning video but cant remember the name, any advise? Tks Simon
For slapping, popping, tapping all in one, here's a sweeeeeeeeeeet video, i got it myself from www.bassbooks.com its on sale right now so id order it now if i were you, its called SLAP, POP, & TAP - VHS. here's a link http://www.bassbooks.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=541
I always fall back to two videos. 1. John Myung ~ Progressive bass concepts and 2. Victor Wooten & Steve Bailey ~ Bass Extremes
The Norm Stockton ones are good, and if you want a good slap DVD Ed Friedland has a good one out also
If you like the first Bass Extremes CD.....check out the video or DVD, which IMO features better cuts of the same tracks...plus you get to see it! Aloha, Garey
