Bass thoughts?

Rick bass? My only complaint.....I wish the neck was slim like a jazz bass neck, then it would be the PERFECT bass for me. I'll still probably get one either way though.

If you only have one bass and it's a Ric, then you're a weirdo. If you have more than four basses and one is not a Ric, then you are also a weirdo.

Flipped mine, fast. It don't bring the fat. But that's just me. Most expensive basses are too nice for me anyway.

Also surprised to see "ugly" come up so often - personally, it's the only body shape I've ever seen with any aesthetic appeal at all. I could see why the binding would put some off, but it manages to sidestep the issue of "how pointy is too pointy" with horns without succumbing to the "look at me I'm a special snowflake" allure of going without horns.
