Bass VI Finished

Hi! I want to show you my third build, it's a Bass VI made with plywood, It features two P90's wired to a four way switch, wich gives me bridge, neck, parallel and series positions. The neck Is made out of white oak while the fretboard Is made of red oak with reclaimed sucupira floor inlays. Here are some videos and photos i took, excuse my sloppy playing, i'm still getting used to string spacing

Surprisingly, it doesn't weight that much, It weights around 4kg (8.8 pounds)

Thanks dude! The neck Is carved really thin, it's around 17mm in the first fret, to counteract the fact that it is made of oak and has locking tuners , also, the body weights more than the neck, so really, there isn't any neck dive

Plywood in its purest state lol, it's not even the good one, it's construction grade plywood

Thanks dude! Where I live there are no lumberyards that sell something other than pine and plywood. The ones that do are really far from home and only leave you two options, buy overpriced lumber or look for scraps, so i use scraps lol

Thanks Man! I used a little help from a laser cutter to cut the inlay channels un the fretboard
