Double Bass Bassbone od upgrade? Did they fix the overdrive?

I posted this same thing over at the BG side, but thought you good folks may have something to say.

They updated the look of the bassbone od, but does anyone know if they updated the overdrive tone? The previous tone was... Well ... Not great. If they improved the tone it would be an easy re-buy for me.

Anyone have any insights? Thanks!
