Bassman 10 with DI box

Question: Im going to be using my bassman 10 while putting together a new rig. If I use a Sans Amp or other DI box will I retain the tube sound through the monitors?

You won’t get the sound of the amp unless you mic it…assuming you are talking about a Bassman 10 made in the 70’s or so, with no direct out of its own.
