Bassplayer Live 2018 ??

Hello folks,

Is anyone have any info about the Bassplayer Live this year? Usually it would take place around the end of Oct. / early of Nov.
However it's only like 6 weeks away but still no news? The link from Bassplayer Magazine still directed to the event last year...

They had an Instagram post saying they were acquired and let go of much of the staff. In the comments someone mentioned BP Live was cancelled and subscriptions will continue uninterrupted.

The best alternative now is Bass Bash during Namm in January

Yeah, they were looking at holding it in November again, but were planning on moving it to New York. The main issue I was told was that they didn't have any main headliners set up for the awards show that evening. Without that, and with the acquisition by Future, they decided to forego it this year. I've been told it'll be back next year.
