As someone else stated, you can expect a longer wait if the strings are out of stock, as happened with me. That said, I have nothing but good things to say about BSO. He had this really cool suggestion on his website that if you aren't really familiar with picks, to buy a varied set of single picks. Having gone through about 20 picks I received, I found a couple I really liked and am now at least decent with a pick. The right pick for you makes a huge difference. Thanks BSO!

In my experience it doesn't get any faster than BSO - and I live in eastern Canada.

I'm in Western Canada, and I've received strings (and other things) within days.

What are the reward points about? Couldn't find it on the website.

If I remember right, 100 points = a $5 credit. Different products earn different credits. For instance, a 5 string set of D'Addario get you 18 points. An Aguilar amp gets you 179 points.
