Bay Area Bass/Guitar Tech Needed

Hi all..I need help locating a very good guitar electronics tech to help me diagnose and repair a possible grounding issue with a Serek bass I bought a few months ago (used). It has two pickups but the buzz is virtually identical when selecting a single or both pickups when it should be virtually noiseless with both pickups selected. I've reached the end of my multimeter skills at this point.

I've used Benny Rodriguez in the past who is excellent, but busier than the proverbial one-armed paper hanger. Can anyone suggest a good, honest tech? I will certainly use them for other stuff down the road.

I'm in the East Bay Area (Lafayette) but willing to drive up to an hour for the right person. Post here or DM me.

I've had good results with Stephen White, as well as with Wood Street Guitar Repair in Oakland. Neither will be quick, however.
