Beginner Bass Amp

Hi Guys, Im New To Bass And These Forums.

I'm considering buying an Ibanez SR370 bass or a Sterling SB4 .

Which amp would be suitable for either one of these?

My budget is no more than $300, I'm looking for an amp for home practice use, and just for rocking with buddies.

I want something loud enough to shake a floor of a house but not a stage .
