Behringer UCG102 Question

Hi,

I'm looking at getting one of those cheap behringer UCG102's just for some home recording and was wondering if plugging the "Send" on my amp's FX loop or the Headphone socket into it would work ok?

I'm using the Peavey Max 115 and I just want to record it, no fancy amp/cab simulation software or anything.

So would the Headphone out or the "Send" on my FX loop work for connecting the amp to the UCG102 in this way:
Bass > Amp > UCG102 > Computer

I haven't tried one, it should work, It's got a level control on the input to keep it from clipping.
It comes with some software from NI, you might as well try it.
EnergyXT is also a pretty cool program that comes with it.
