Behringer UO300 vs SO400

I am guessing that these are copies of the boss OC2 and 3--do I have this right in that the 300 is a copy of the OC2 and the 400 is the OC3 copy? or are they not even copies of those at all?

i have the UO300 and it doesn't sound like the OC-2. It has less midrange attack and more lows. The "range" switch also appears to make an (albeit ******) difference in which notes are doubled and which ones are not, much like the function of the same name that's on the OC-3.
