Heard a Jimi Hendrix song I haven't listened to in many, many years (at least 50!!!) Belly Button Window. It was nice to hear it again.

I see it as another premonition of early death in his songs, and this being a look forward to reincarnation, but with trepidation…he wonders if he'll get born into another scenario of domestic strife. Al and Lucille, by all accounts, fought constantly, and she, a party girl apparently, was absent from his early years and died young. That tune was the poignant and fitting end to Cry Of Love.
