It would be great if you could find out if there will be profile programs for older Berg cabs like the HT112 and HT112ER.

Not at this time. I'll ask Jim on Sunday what his plans are for discontinued cabs. Also, look for the NV412T and NV610T coming up. I heard the new amp through the new CN210 and it just kills. Here's a pic of the amp. Note the USB port for software upgrades and additional profiles. Also an Aux in for iPod or whatever.
The amps at the show are prototypes, but Jim says they should hit the streets in three months or so. They just need a little more software programming.

Oh wow. I can only imagine how clean and transparent it sounds. I'm still rockin my little IP112+ex112 mini stack with great success.

Very cool stuff.
There was a guy playing a Stick through it today. It was clean all the way to the highest notes without a bit of compromise down at the bottom. You want clean, you got it. Here's the studio shot of it.
Regarding the cab profiles: Does this mean that the output of the amp an be configured to emulate the sound of specific Bergantino cabs when using a different cab? Does it mean that the DI is set to emulate that? Both? Just looking for a little clarity.

I don't think it's emulation but rather a DSP profile to better match the cab.

No, it means the output of the amp is optimized to produce the "best" sound from the designated cab. Of course, you can tweak the preset to your own taste with the four-band EQ (with changeable mid-points).

You don't need a computer to manually set the DSP, but as additional profiles and software upgrades become available, you'll be able to download them to a thumb drive and transfer them to the amp. I think. I'll confirm that with Jim.
I didn't take any today. I'll get some Sunday if no one beats me to it.
So many times around here, we see the term "digital" being used very loosely and incorrectly, to apply to any Class D amp, and/or any amp with an SMPS power module.
