Best 410 cab

Barefaced and the new Genzler 410 Bass Array are the 410s that would get my attention if I was looking for a 410.

This

An issue with almost all 410 cabs is that they become very beamy in the mids due to the arrangement of the drivers. That results in your bass sounding different as one moves around the room. These two cabs are the only I'm aware of that adequately address that issue (although in completely different ways). Add that they are among the lowest weight 410's and they would be the only two on my list. If you want an old school sound, go with the Barefaced. If you want more modern, go with the Genzler.

Two other approaches, and it may be just about it as far as ways to design a less beamy 4x10, are the Bergantino HG410 (three drivers in a verticalish arrangement, the other one at the rear, contributing to lows - which are omnidirectional - and, via back wall reflections, to what I'm guessing would be a complex pattern of reinforcements and cancellations in the mids for a result that is described as "3-dimensional") and the @DukeLeJeune-designed Invalid Link Removed by Speaker Hardware (two crossfiring columns). They're both apparently very light too (or, to be precise, the Smart can be if loaded with one of the neodymium driver options).

Finally, speaking of vertical arrangements, of course there's also the RevSound RS420V/RS420VT, where V stands for "vertical" (and the optional T for "tweeter") - also very light at 55lbs:

Two different 410s have my attention right now. Barefaced and the New Genzler 410-3.. I think the Barefaced and Genzler 410 have solved the Beaming problem that drives me crazy and is so prevalent in all 410s. . Although each manufacturer has addressed the Beaming issue in two very different ways.
I have heard neither . But my hat tip may go towards the Genzler with slight prejustice. That Bass Array is a great concept... and its a compact cab too.. I was looking at fearfuls etc. I tried one and it wasn't my thing. .. Im going to try this new Genzler soon

Clean used GenzBenz cabinets at great prices show up for sale fairly regularly. Keep an eye on Reverb.com, the classifieds here, and the USED list at Guitar Center (they offer a good deal on shipping and their return policy is great).

I have gotten two of the Genz Benz FOCUS 410 this way (very similar to the Regulator's cabinet shown above). It's listed as 64lb, has a terrific low end thump, and is a nice natural sounding speaker.

I used to also own a pair of those and they sound real good. Wish I still had them, but unfortunately due to finances had to sell them.

There is no clarity of mids to be had outside of the beam zone of any 410 that doesn't have .5 alignment.
Except for those other 410's I mentioned above. In detail, the Genzler may have some comb filtering going on in the low mids if the crossover point isn't low enough, but everything above it should be fine, and over all I'd expect mids to be presented with plenty of clarity; the Bergantino should only suffer from whatever happens from drivers not stacked perfectly vertically and, I suppose, the back driver is fine-filtered to enhance the experience, not smear it to the point of unintelligibility; the RevSound is all-vertical, so there; finally, I imagine the crossfiring in the Smart 410 moves the beamy area to a narrow wedge-shaped zone forming at some distance from the cab, at the center of the field, from a certain frequency upwards, while elsewhere and below that point the two columns radiate each its own pattern, centered in the two diverging axes, without one affecting the other.

There is clarity in the mids in relation to others (in comparison to other 410's that is). Some 410's have more clarity than others. Is it the best cab configuration for clarity, no but it does have some glorious things going on sonically especially if you are standing in its path.
There is a Epifani UL 410 for sale in the classifieds - I have never gigged one but I have used one at a friends house, it's a nice cab.

I play mostly rock/90’s grunge.

I’ve been seeing alot of good reviews about Ampeg heritage svt 410 HLF

Currently have a Mesa boogie walkabout with only a 12 speaker and looking to push more wind.

Thanks again

I bought a PR-410HLF a few years ago and it's one of the best sounding cabs I've ever used and I've never liked 410's having almost always used 810's but this one passed the test, they're loud and deep, not bottom heavy at all but articulate at the same time and will put out effortless bottom VERY loudly. It's heavy, ugly and awkward to move but it's worth it once you get it set up. I use mine with an SVT head. I think they were made aprroximately 20 years ago, they're usually fairly cheap too. I usually use my flatback 810's or Ampeg 15"'s and this cab is much better than the 15"'s and is almost as good sounding as the flatbacks and goes way lower clearly.
