Best 5 string bass pick up for hard rock/ metal?

Building my "dream" bass and looking for suggestions as to the best passive hard rock/ metal bass pickup (5 string) in everyone's opinion...

Hey @Killed_by_Death it looks like you use the Blade. I'm curious, OK very curious about them. I'd like to replace the EMG stuff in my Schecter, & the Big Blades have my full attention. I've seen the Zen, but I'm curious about the Blades overall.

The EMG stuff is low output, weirdly. Volume-wise, it might as well be passive! So I'm looking to bump it up. Thoughts/feedback/musings from Groong Tehp would be greatly appreciated!

I would recommend EMG 40DC or DC-X, but you said passive. So perhaps Delano SBC?
