Something(s) I found odd about this pedal: While the no modulation function was great, I couldn't seem to get slow modulation; was only audible at or above 12 o'clock, but but by then was too fast for my liking. Plus, to get the bass tight with the blend, I was forced blend out more of the chorus effect on the treble side than I wanted, and there were excessive phase-cancellations around the mid-point (of the blend) unless the detune was set to minimal.
Based on my experience with these two pedals, the perfect chorus pedal would feature the crossover and slow modulation of the Bass Clone, and the detune function of the Bass Boost Chorus.
