Best flatwounds for a Rickenbacker 4003?

I've got TI's on my Warwick and am simply blown away by how great they sound and feel. I'll be putting them on my Ric soon and I can't wait to hear the improvement they'll make to an already outstanding bass
I would think about Chromes...for some reason I think they would sound real good on a Ric.

The CEO of Rickenbacker himself highly recommends TI's. He stated that they are very similar to the Electro flats that were the factory strings on the 4001 back in the 70's. Having played both, I strongly concur.
IMO TBer Jeff Scott is a very knowledgeable Ric player, and I believe he's a big fan of TI Flats.

I am going to play with some lightly used bass string sets I have that were on my Jazz Bass, Going to try out the Chromes Lights, and if I am not in love yet then I have a set of TI Jazz strings.
I See the OP has chosen to go with Labella’s standard flatwound set.
Should be fine,modern era Ricks have stout 2-piece necks, and fortified bridges.
I’ve used Pyramid,TI,labella’s LTF set,Optimas,Chromes,Labella tapewounds (black and white), and even a coveted red box set of Rick/Maxima 4440’s (my favorite) on my Ricks.
Really loving the chromes on my 4000 and fretless Cii.

I have recently fitted a set of Fender 9050L flats to my 2018 4003 and am very impressed so far. They are bright for flats which is exactly what I wanted. I actually wanted the 9050CLs but they don't make them anymore.
I am fairly confident that they are Chromes with green silks instead of blue. I am already using the 7250M rounds on my EBMM Sterling and they sound and feel like D'addario EXL165s
They may be slightly different but I've been using Chromes & EXL165 nickels for a great number of years to be fairly confident that they are close enough not to be able to differentiate between the two

Fender 9050s and D'A Chromes are like two siblings with two different personalities. Yes, there are certain similarities ("family resemblance") between the two, both being made by D'A, but they're quite different tonally, especially after being broken in.
I personally prefer the 9050s over the Chromes.
I'm liking Optima Chrome pure nickel flats on the Ric these days. Nothing wrong with the ones above however
