Best humbuckers replacements for Ripper clone

I'm having a Gibson Ripper clone built by a luthier friend and was wondering what the best humbucker p'ups would be for it. I'm leaning very heavily towards the DiMarzzio Will Power's. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I also want avoid any type of active p'ups
