Beta 10b for a 210 Mesa Diesel? need 16 ohms

Looking to replace speakers in a Mesa Diesel 2x10. A vented cab. There are few options. Delta 10B or Beta 10B ?

They are all black. The guy I purchased from says they are EVM 10L 16 ohm speakers. I really appreciate your help!

No, they are not the EV drivers. If they were, I know a couple of shops set up to recone them. The vendor of the drivers you have went out of business almost 20 years ago, no parts available.

Looks like damage where the cone meets the surround, a common failure mode when overpowered.

I will look to see what will work in that cabinet.

Ok, took a little research but came up with some options...

1. I believe this part is still available and in stock, it was the latest driver used in that series: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

2. This would have been the newer part had we continued with the Powerhouse format but the Subway line replaced the Powerhouse and this driver will work better than the original stock driver even though it's optimized for tuning in a smaller enclosure. It's more expensive than #1 above however. Speaker - 10" Subway Neo 300 - 300 Watt - 16 Ohm
