Big dilemma!!

Hi everybody first post here,

I'm in a big dilemma here, I need to buy a bass as I started to play bass in a Grunge/noise rock band and found 2 completely different basses for sale. I am a guitar player so I don't really know much about bass, I was hoping to find a little bit of opinions here before choosing one. I play through a Ampeg V4 and a STV810 and use a proco rat. (currently use a Pbass knockoff)

First one is a 1976 Gibson Grabber at 700$ cnd
Second is a 1976 Univox Rickenbacker 4001 copy for 700$

In your experience which one would suit this music style best and why?

I'd go for the Gibson. They get much love around here and the price is really good.
