Birdsong "Sparrow" prototype

I saw this Facebook..it is kinda interesting...I had suggested in the comments about making a bassVI type instrument with that scale..it seems like the scale would be perfect for that,especially with the lighter strings usually used on that type of instrument..

That looks pretty cool. I wouldn't really need something that short scale though. I really want one of his new SD Curlees. He seems like such a nice and cool guy in his videos. If I had the time and money I'd probably order one and drive down to pick it up and meet him.

I am sure this bass costs much more than I could justify spending for a bass, but if I was going to buy anything substantially more expensive than my Gold Tone Microbass, this would be it!
