Blow - Kiss Like Concrete

Ok 90% of this song (Kiss like Concrete by Blow) is easy and I already have sorted out, but there is this funky little bass solo bit in the middle of the song that weaves in and out of the Guitar part that for one reason or another my ears just will not focus on to give me a chance to learn it. (it is from about 2:22 in the song to 2:45 if anyone has it)

I even tried to buy the sheet music but to no avail!

I have been at this for about 6 weeks now and figured it is about time I asked for help.

Help!? please? anyone know of any tabulature for this song? would be willing to Tab this part of the song?

ok I hate to harp on about this, but I really do need help with this and I am about to spend a lot of money I can't afford to get someone to help.
