I spoke with basshawg today and the system is down. He told me he is trying to get the administrator but hasn't gotten to him yet.

I sent two emails to the admin also. Just in case the admin didn't already know there was a problem.
The rest of the sight works, just the forum is down.

I am sure they are working on it, but you would think they would post up something about it is being worked on and an approximate ETA.

Take some deep breaths ..... Make a nice hot cup of camomile tea (and throw in a couple jiggers of Southern Comfort) ...... Go practice Jerusalem Ridge, Daybreak In Dixie, Clinch Mountain Backstep, and Fox On The Run. It ain't the end of the world ..... I'm sure we will all be yakkin' over at The Place real soon and wasting valuable bandwidth again

I noticed that they are/were having trouble with spammers and bots and are approving members manually now. I've tried to sign up and email the admin, but no luck yet.
