For that kind of money, there is better stuff out there for amplifying a bass.
These are perfect if you want to play for small crowds with acoustic guitar and sing - and don't want to mess with technical details overly much. Just plug your guitar and mic into the inputs, connect the iPad to play some music during breaks and you're ready to go.
