Boss BR-864 effects as plug-ins?

My last recording device was the boss br-864. I now record on the computer and use cubase le and use amplitube for my guitar effects. However, I find that I really liked many of the built-in effects on the BR-864 and was wondering if I could somehow get some of them as plug-ins to use in cubase, and I figure they have to be out there somewhere. Any advice on how to get them or something that sounds better than amplitube (and free) would be much appreciated. Thanks.

EDIT: I am talking about guitar effects, not bass effects.

I am not familiar with the Br64 but I assume it has an output on it. Why not run your bass/ guitar through it and out to your computer?

Well that sounds like a pretty decent idea, but i have some complaints that will stop me from doing that. Ever since I started recording on the computer I have loved the idea of plug-ins and think that it is great that you can completely change your tone even after you have recorded something. If I do that I will have limited ability to change it later and it just seems like way too much of a hassle anyway.
