Boutique companies

Hi! All of a sudden I've taken interest in boutique effects pedals. You know the ones. True bypass, handmade, minus digital, that sort of thing.

I'm already aware of the big name companies like Fulltone and Z Vex and stuff like that. Can you direct me to any other "boutique pedal" websites?

I'm particularly interested in any Australian companies of the kind.

I also had a look at the Retro-Sonic CE-1 clone. Sounds good.

I know the original CE-1 is still in existence. It's in every Roland JC-120. But I'm not too keen on playing through a guitar amp. Would be interesting if Roland developed a Jazz Chorus amp for bass guitar.

Chorus + Jazz + Portable bass amp = Gallien-Krueger MB150E-III. :smug:

But to be honest, I have yet to try out the chorus section, or the amp in general. :hmm:

There's a store near me that has it, I believe... maybe I should give it a whirl sometime.

Anyhow... didn't we have a thread with a list of boutique companies a while back? Let me see if I can dig something up.
