Double Bass Brahms Cello Sonata

Has anyone played this on bass? I want to start working on it, but wasn't sure if there was a transcription for bass or if it's just played in e minor like on the cello.

It is played at cello pitch in E minor but it can be done either with orchestral strings or played in D with solo tuning. I am far more accustomed to it being performed with the latter setup. There are several transcriptions in D floating around or available for purchase.

D minor with solo tunning saves you writing out the accompaniment! Good luck!
