So I was was helping Mrs.Radioactiveguy4 apply for jobs tonight and one employer asked her to take an Aptitude test.

One section was about finding patterns using a given number set. They were all pretty easy except for one. Tell me what you think

Assumed some logarithmic or other N^x type thing. 80 makes the most sense to me.

EDIT: Swear I meant 100. Not 80.

If you divide the pie in half;

The completed side is

10(*2=)20(*2=)40

The incomplete side is

20(*2=)40(*2=)80

At least that's the pattern I see that is accounted for in the choices provided.

Yep, starting with 10 (and the 20 on the left) every other section is doubled.

I don't think it has to do with multiplication. The right-hand side 40 and 20 are in the wrong spot for that.

I notice that you never have the same number in neighboring pie pieces, so it isn't 20 or 40, I guess it is 100 because pie pieces across always start with the same number.
