I know Vigiers pretty well.

Logos were always bold, whether on the peghead or the body, not timid like the bass the Op's has photos of.

I have seen this type (not this very one though) of "inlay" on other less expensive imported instruments.

I't's not an inlay, it's an "overlay"; a paper thin layer of pearl/abalone that is applied on top of a coat of clear finish, then more clear is applied. If you sanded it down to the wood, the pearl logo would disappear.

@kodiakblair; Beautiful instruments my Friend!

Never got my hands on Patrice's Nautilus model with the memory presets but I do have the Arpege, that was the first release.

Passion models followed, I've one in burgundy :)

Note the pickups, Patrice always used Benedetti pickups, even on the final Excess models; never standard shape single coils like in the photos the OP has posted.
He was also particular about bridges, proprietary Vigier or Kahler: again something the photos lack.

Logos were always bold, whether on the peghead or the body, not timid like the bass the Op's has photos of.
Are all models bolt-on necks with no truss rods? I know the Excess is.
