Suggest to primarily go by the width between the mid-point of the legs, and placing the centre of the E-leg right above the centre of the bass bar. For symmetric placement on the top it then follows that the width between the centres of the legs of the new bridge is double the distance between the centre of the bass bar and the centre of the top. Your current (warped) bridge may not have the proper width. (That would not be the reason why it is warped, but it might contribute to top deformation.)
Is your bass bar OK? The centre of the top seems a bit low on the bottom eye of the f.
Consider increasing the height of the saddle. That should reduce the FB-ward tendency of the bridge crest, increase the geometric lifting of the lower part of the top (by increasing the longitudinal load on the lower edge of the top), and reduce the downward load on the top.
