Bridge on Carvin SB5000

Hi y'all!
Just bought a Carvin SB5000 and thinking of replacing the bridge to accommodate 18mm string spacing but I can't seem to find any info about the bridge that comes stock with this bass.


Would appreciate your help finding out what kind of bridge that is, and even better - what other bridge is the original hole pattern compatible with.

It's a Sung-il BB405. I'm not sure how much luck you'll have finding another bridge that has the same hole pattern, but the measurements are given on the linked page.
