Bridge pickup

I bought a Bassline quarter pound pickup to replace my bridge pickup and when i finished installing it, it makes my volume drop and i was wondering if anybody had any ideas of why that is

FWIW:

probably out of phase, just reverse the hot and ground lead connections to one of the pickups.
