Bridged Output: "Y" or Daisy-Chain?

I need to re-cable the bridged output of a QSC RMX 1450 into (2) 8 ohm enclosures. I figure the total run wil be no more than 35'. As I understand it, I have two options: (a) run a single cable to one cab then daisy chain to the second or (b) stack two banana plugs and run two parallel cables, one for each enclosure. Either way, I'll end up with a total 4 ohm load but I'm more concerned with resistance / heat issues.

I appreciate any input...pardon the pun.

I always make I/O panels for the backs of my racks, then the speaker cable just plug into those. That way, I can use what ever pre made cable suits the length need at the time. Short a run as possible. AC, XLR signal, and NL4/8's all on panels. Plug play.
11 and 12 guage speaker cables.

A bit more than what I need but the "short a run as possible" reference makes sense.

I doubt there will be a performance difference so long as you are using decent (12 or 13 gauge) cable.

I never run speaker cables directly to the connectors on an amp. If something wears out or gets broken, I want it to be a panel connector that easy and cheap to fix myself, instead of having to take my amp in for an expensive repair. [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]
 
Stacked banana plugs always make me nervous.

I'm curious why Bridge here? Why not Y the signal into both channels then output to each speaker?

The rmx 1450 outputs 280 per ch into 8 ohms in stereo mode.
Mono bridged into 4 ohms is 1400 watts.

So instead of feeding each sub 280 watts in normal stereo mode, mono bridge sends 700 watts to each box.

Also, that amp has a feature that allows use of ch1 nl4 for bridgeing, so you would not have to use bananas. Make yourself a little nl4 (to amp pins +1,+2) to two female nl4 (to speakers pins +1, -1 ) then everyting would be locking, and not work loose.

+1 on all points. I'm finding the Speakons will fit just about any application with the exception of my Crest CA-6 which only has binding posts.
